The Commissioner upheld the process of dismissal of the lambardar approved by the Collector, Section 36 Constitution of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967, Article 199 Constitutional Jurisdiction, and in reviewing the petitioner's Board of Revenue The revision request was also dismissed. With the approval of the Board of Revenue, the Collector, the Commissioner, and the Board of Revenue, it is learned that the applicant is properly performing his duties. That he was more guilty of receiving guards' dues. That he had failed to collect the penance for a specific period and had refused to receive the shield for the following year. There was nothing in the record to show that the aforementioned allegations against the applicant were false.
