PAKISTAN versus KHALID NAZIR
The Code of Civil Procedure 1908 Section 82, sub-section (1) of the Official Procedure Code Code 82, enforces the decree against governmental accessories; there are two requirements for the implementation of the decree against the Government, 1908 (i) in this decree The time will be determined, and (ii) if the decree was not satisfied within that time, the court will comply. The case report for the orders of sub-section (2) of the provincial government states that the execution will not be continued until the order has been satisfied for a period of three months (to the provincial government). I concede that at the time of passing the order for possession, the court had given the debtor 15 days to complete the decree.
