The Pakistan Penal Code Sections 2, 2, 7 307, Mot Motive and 2 452 triggers the fact that the prosecution has not been able to prove the motive in a particular case is not itself fatal to the point where the prosecution has, through some witnesses, a definite motive. Compile it and that's it. If found to be grossly false, it certainly affects the truth of these witnesses and their words can no longer be relied upon with great confidence.
