ABDUL QAYYUM versus STATE

The trial court convicted and convicted criminals of driving and receiving misconduct under section 320, 337G and 427 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), section 4545l, for theft or negligence on the kuttle e khata. The appeal for permission to enter into the settlement was found guilty under Section 320 PPC.
