The Cantonment Rent Restriction Act 1963 was allowed to consider the leave to appeal Article 17 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3). Regardless of the nature of the appeal for property ownership, in the present case, there is a relationship of landlord and tenant between the parties. In the payment of rent, on the basis of default in the payment of rent, the present case was not distinguished from other matters related to disclosure, without further examination of the issue of default in payment of rent. The distinguishing feature is that under the respondents it was not an old rent that was a new buyer and the default by default courts was very short term.
