Article 185 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973, grant of leave to appeal to the applicant, whether he is entitled to discuss any point other than to get leave at that point, even if he was granted leave to argue at that point. There was no universal suggestion for a complete and fair justice of the law, it was not prevented the Supreme Court from considering the correctness of the decision where the point of law contained therein would go to its root. The argument that was given to promote the cause of justice could be allowed to be debated.
