After the trial of the plaintiff by the Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 Section 15 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), O VII, R 11 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), the Court of Appeal rejected the case. The court erred and the plaintiff filed a case for failure to provide a specific time reduction and for not seeking an extension in this regard, which would have affected the appeal's decision in the Appellate Court's review. Was approved for testing. In Siddiq Khan's case, the court reported PLD 1984 SC 289 on the question of validation of unknown decisions.
