West Pakistan Citizens Rent Ordinance 1959 Article 13 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) allowed leave of appeal to be considered in a dispute about a landlord's appeal to the High Court in the constitutional jurisdiction. The court was not open to interfere with the conclusions and the tenant, in relation to the landlord and tenant relationship between the parties, also made the mistake of doubting the title of the landlord in the dispute. ?
