Article 199 Constitution Petition Sui jury woman's right to marry freely. The applicant requested that she voluntarily enter into a marriage contract with her husband, which upset her mother, who was harassing her by the police authorities. The applicant's mother claimed that there was a spouse who showed that the applicant had already married someone and that the marriage was still present, and therefore, the applicant was committing adultery. The applicant did so almost a month after the date on the alleged maid's offer of marriage to her husband. During that time, no FIR was filed by the person QQ, nor did the applicant file a lawsuit against her husband for marriage. The applicant should be freed and allowed to go wherever he wants, and that the policeman should not cause any disturbance;
