Her brother and sister widow were in possession of the land as a limited owner until the death of their husband's widow, the property they had to return to her deceased husband's legal inheritance, the implementation of West Pakistan. The orders passed after the Muslim Personal Law (Sharia) Application Act, 1962, were to provide their proprietary rights in relation to the entire tenancy, without any legal power, and were set aside when the widow's enactment of the Fifth Act of 1962 came into force. Died, she was entitled to 1/4 of the property that would be inherited
