Land Allotment Rights for Applicants for Approval of Ownership of the Mangla Dam Avesty Scheme Petitioner, West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 Section 164 Board of Revenue Letter No. 6597 80 / 255o CL1, Dated 59 1981 Was denied on the ground that the land could not be granted proprietary rights because the applicant was allotted the land under the Mangla Dam Avestits Scheme in 1968 as per the directive of the Board of Revenue letter of 198-1981. Proprietary rights were to be granted. There was a condition in the scheme for the rehabilitation of Mangla Dam project displaced persons as mentioned in the post issued by the Colonies Department on 219-1963, the Government of West Pakistan applicant made all payments dated 159 1981. Outstanding Revenue Directives Directives may not be applied with prior effect, as the Board of Revenue accepts the Applicant's Revision Directive Grant.
