GHULAM FARID versus AHMED DIN
The District Collector was appointed by the District Collector, Section 36 and 164 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, and their appointment was confirmed by the Commissioner's Review, in which both the applicant and the respondent were the landlords. Both of these properties were approximately equal respondents, however, they had more benefit from the appellant as he owned one acre more land than the applicant as there was no compliment on the other qualification between the two qualifications. The distinction was not found where all things should be respected as the District Collector has equal selection. Competitors were evenly drawn, the collector's choice became of another importance and when it could not be easily pursued or the illegal order of the district collector did not suffer any kind and If it was confirmed by the Commissioner in the appeal, there was no demand for intervention. Determine the harmony of the courts below by the Board of Revenue in the amending jurisdiction
