ABDUL GHAFOOR versus GHULAM RASOOL
Sections 161, 163 and 164 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967, after confirming the stability scheme in favor of the applicants, the respondents appealed against the scheme, but it was dismissed and after its dismissal, the reply No further appeal or review was filed against the veterans. After the final decision of the case in favor of the applicant, it was granted in his absence without hearing it from the other parties and the authorities and taking into account the fact that the decision of the applicant's case was finally settled. I had previously, unauthorizedly changed the rights of the applicant in an independent litigation between the other parties with which the applicant had no recourse, reviewed the decision, but the Board of Revenue Rejected, failing to consider the Review Board of Revenue without applying an open mind to the facts of the case. The facts and applicants of this case have been seriously condemned; the laws and procedures held can be a major mistake if they accept the orders of the review application approved by the Board of Revenue and Authority. The board's orders would have been dropped, rejecting the applicant's review.
