Any reference to Sections 47, 21 and 23 of the Arbitration Act 1940, where the case is pending on the same subject without the intervention of the Court, shall be a violation of Sections 21, 23 and 47 of the Arbitration Award. Any provision under section 47 shall be used by the court as a compromise or adjustment in a matter which was subject to the condition that all parties agree.
