Regulations 2 12 and 25 3 2 and CHAP 16 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitution Petition to Expand Service Road Notification to demolish part of the project to expand the construction of the residential and commercial project (\ project \) service road. As a result of the High Court's decision preventing the decision of the Building Control Authority of the High Court, the construction issued a notification in relation to the width of the service roads, and said that under this notification, certain portions of the project were widened. A service road demolished to widen the controversial construction of a service road has been proposed in favor of the applicant earlier. The matter was resolved, the High Court challenged the High Court's decision before the Supreme Court through a decision, but the matter is still pending, in which there are no interim orders passed, nor the High Court verdict. Notification E-Roads were issued after the High Court's decision to widen the suspended road, thus defeating the High Court's direction and defacing it, and it was based on corruption direct notification. The effect directly affected the rights of the applicant on the basis of which the applicant was acquired. The decision of the High Court notification cannot be implemented with disappointment as after the approval of the decision of the High Court Building Control Authority and the City District Government, the applicant has the right to take such action and act on the decision of the High Court. Instead of entering the road width exercise and defeating the directions in the decision, this part of the project should have been imported.
