Section 497 (2), Contempt with the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 324, 337A (i), 337 F (i), 147, 148 and 149 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 7, Assassination Attempts to try, Shahjaha Secret, Ghith Jafariya Damia, riot, deadly weapons riots, illegal assembly, terrorist operation, further delay in filing bail FIRs and co-accused allegedly direct the complaining party. The FIR was registered with a delay of 24 hours for which there was no plausible explanation for the injury suffered by the injured person, who struck the right person on his right arm. There was, and he did not draw. The prohibited clause of section 497, the PCP fire shot, was not repeated though the injured person was at the mercy of the accused and the alleged victim was on the right arm of the injured person, who was not an important part of the body. And was assigned with the co-accused. A similar character has already been guaranteed by the advertisement, so, the accused and the accomplices were entitled to the same rule over the rule of consistency, the alleged incident happened overnight and the alleged accused of the lightning struck. The bulb was identified in light, therefore, further investigation into the matter is needed. And the co-accused were released on bail accordingly
