The ocular account was not cooperated with other pieces of evidence. Medical evidence completely cut off the general account from its root because it was alleged Good aspects were used sharply, but medical evidence denied that the victim had suffered all the injuries. The number of injuries claimed by the accuser's account was not confirmed by the medical and even the inquiry report determined the crime or innocence through medical evidence. It could not be done, but when litigation came to light, medical evidence had to give its proper weight - with claims for injuries that had to do with specific weapons (identification that were not common), set and PL injuries. Because it was the only medical evidence that could support this aspect of the account, the prosecutor accused the suspect beyond reasonable doubt. S failed to bring against domestic crime, the High Court refused to uphold the conviction entered by the trial court acquitted the accused and the accused. Appeal was allowed in the circumstances
