Ordinance has been termed as Ultra Ware: No cost of building can be estimated on the basis of the said principle but due to reduction in value of Pakistan rupee, price review as per section 2 (j) of the Ordinance. Had to be taken, not justified. The order of the review was not durable, so the valid order was declared without legal authority and no legal effect and the authority was ordered to re-examine the building's insurance value.
