West Pakistan Board of Revenue Act 1967 Section 8 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Review Member, Board of Revenue passed the order in the review process whereby they allowed the allotment of land to the respondents against the applicant. Under Section 8, the terms of use of the review option are subject to litigation. The West Pakistan Board of Revenue Act, 1907 was not satisfied with the matter and at the time of filing of the revision no fresh fact or document was found which allowed the applicant allotment of land which on the basis of site inspection. The search was recorded. The cultivators have been cultivating the land for almost 30 years, while the respondents have only been cultivating the land for two years. The Board of Revenue, standing without question, asked what year the defendants were admitted in the measles garden I put it all together without presenting controversial results. Allegedly new facts or documents that were not available when the order was approved by the Additional Committee were approved by Einar Hill, Member, Board of Revenue, without legal authority and had no legal effect
