Punjab Civil Servants Act 1974 Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 The abolition of the Civil Service Service was appointed as a Junior Clerks by the competent authority after appellant was regularly selected by the Recruitment Committee. The Minister did not have the authority to issue such a contemptuous order and could not cancel the appointment as it was the task of appointing the authority, the Minister's verbal order was enforced without any qualification and the Audi ultimatum permit The rule was violated because the notice was not taken. The order to terminate their services to the applicants before the period was canceled without any legal authority or any legal effect.
