0 XXIII, R 3 and Section 95 Contract Act (IX of 1872), section 28, where the parties agree to the outcome of the court or to the binding of the judgment in accordance with the parties' agreed procedure, the court accepts its role. The arbitration and its decision between them are equivalent to the decision of consent and no appeal can be made against it.
