Article 5 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947, Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), when the magistrate disclosed his identity, the accused threw the currency notes to the ground not to occupy the currency notes of the dispute. Recovery is suspected to be due. The accused were taken from the ground and anyone can throw it and place them on the accused and no one has heard the conversation that took place between the accused and the complainant and the decision of the High Court was not in accordance with any law. ?
