Article 212 (3) Allow the appeal to consider whether the legal representative of the deceased public servant, who is told to be paid under salaries, pensions, grants and outstanding funds and group insurance, etc. The amounts, which are admissible in law, can be appealed to the service tribunal after the death of a civil servant before the service tribunal is successful and the appeal cannot be postponed to that extent.
