The respondents' request for registration of the case against the defendants was rejected by the respondents for any other purpose and its intention was badly affected. Any mistake or weakness, even otherwise, the applicant had a fair, alternative and equally viable remedy under the law by filing a private complaint against the accused. The constitutional application was dismissed under the circumstances.
