NAHEED ANJUM SHEIKH versus GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB
Article 212 (3) was working in the National Pay Scale No 14 banning the application of sanctions under the ban on application and promulgating it in NP section 17 with a relaxation of all rules of service on 30 197 5 1977. Granted, 240 other persons were also dismissed without the applicant's consent. It was reviewed and returned to NP section 14. A public servant represented him in 17 11 1977, 15 1 1979, 1 3 1980 and 12 4 1982 against his rebellion and was informed on 26 1 1983 that his representation was rejected. The High Court dismissed the constitutional petition as questioning the legality of its law of rebellion, saying that the High Court had no jurisdiction to interfere in such matters after which the applicant appeared before the service tribunal. An appeal was filed which was dismissed. As the time restriction was prohibited, the Tribunal justified the dismissal of the appeal based on the limitation of the ban.
