Section 12 (2) against the allegations of fraud that the applicants, who claimed to be the successors of the defendants' land dealers, alleged that they had been cheated, the land was purchased as a revision. Nor was there any allegation of collusion, nor was it appearing on the record as the review was contested and after all relevant hearings it was decided that the judgment and injunction in the meaning of section 12 (2). There was no scope of the CPC to interfere and therefore the request was dismissed.
