MATI-UR-REHMAN versus ANTI-TERRORISM COURT, FAISALABAD
Sections 395/353/324/186/148/149 Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Sections 7, 6 (2) (M) (N), 6 (1) (B) and 2 (W) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), the constitutional plea of Article 199 was dismissed by the Anti-Terrorism Court's request to transfer the case to a court of ordinary jurisdiction through an invalid order, and its accomplices allegedly members of the police force and Some revenue was attacked. Officials prevented them from performing their official duties and injured seven police officers. Actos was again charged with the accused and his co-accused, in turn, attracted the provisions of sections 6 (2) (m) and n of the Anti. The Terrorism Act, 1997 states that an attack consisting of 35/40 people was created to intimidate and monitor the government, so that men considering the provisions of Section 6 (1) (b) of the said Act Be attracted to. The accused party and three of the three injured their heads, exposing their bones, which could be considered life-threatening, provided by Section 2 (W) of the Articles of the Act. Serious testimonials to be drawn, therefore, did not demand any intervention and were excluded accordingly.
