R4 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) On the appeal of dismissal of civil servants for mismanagement, the service tribunal restored the civil servant with the instruction that his absence from the duty of a public servant. The leave will be deemed that once the job has been reinstated, the Tribunal fails to revoke the powers it has exercised, not allowing the applicant other benefits, such as salaries regarding salaries and pensions for a public servant.
