TAROOMAL versus ABDUL KADIR
OVI, R 17 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Deleting the Plaintiffs 'Request for Amendment of the Plaintiff in the Appeal Stage Challenges the Exclusion of His Request for Amendment of the Plaintiffs' Case The dismissed plaintiff may have questions about the amendment properly dealt with, if the plaintiff brought the case to the High Court which led to the failure of the first appellate court to appeal for leave. In the meantime, the review of the plaintiffs was rejected by the High Court but on a different basis, the review was prematurely dismissed. Or should have been, the circumstances of the case changed the appeal, so it was replaced with the comment that the points raised by the defendants against the dismissal of their application for Plaintiffs' amendment were again high. Can be brought before the court, they failed before the first appellate court
