NAZIR AHMAD versus PUNJAB SERVICE TRIBUNAL, LAHORE
The Constitution of Pakistan (1973) Art 212 (3) rejected the appeal of the civil servants on the ground that it did not benefit the departmental treatment at all, therefore, their direct appeal to the service tribunal was not competent tribunal. According to him, the civil servant did not get leave to apply for his leave. The dispute was raised that both grounds were not raised from the record and were in fact contradictory, a dire need for documents and orders by a public servant, a re-examination of the results recorded by the service tribunal leave.
