The widow's husband, the last male owner of the suit land for Section 42 of the Punjab Muslim Personal Law (Shariah) Application (XXV of 1975) Act, section 2 civil procedure code (v. 1908), section 100 suit declaration. Under the same decision, the appellate court considered the deceased widow to be limited to the owner of the suit, under section 2 of the Punjab Muslim Personal Law (Sharia) Application (Removal of Problems) Act, 1975. The widow was entitled to a 1/4 share of the confession. From the Defendant, the separation will be held to the extent of 1/4 of the shares will be vested in the Plaintiffs due to the plaintiff's legal inheritance in the 3/4 of the Defendants.
