The copy was given 30 days from the date of receipt. It was shown that the applicant applied for the certified copy on 12 7 2006 which was provided to him on 26 3 2007. After 5 days have passed to the certified copy applicant, a petition has been filed before the trial court for delay in furnishing the certified copy.
