Section 2 and 15 of the Wage House Rent Allowance section of the Wage Payment Act 1936 was a non-payment of rent allowance, a deduction for wages, and was claimed under the authority of the tube well operator of the Authority, which included a lieutenant and a boundary. The tube well site used as a duty room for equipment and 24-hour duty performance could not be treated if the residential quarter was provided and the house could be rented out.
