Section 94 reads with section 151 and the payment of salaries and arrears, a public servant, challenged his premature posting, through a civil suit which is pending, petitioner filed section 94/151. The petition was moved by the CPC, ordering the release of his salary and arrears, to be filed by the competent authority four years before the application by which the applicant's salary was withheld. The lawsuit was filed, but none of the excuses were performing the duties on the request or the second order for payment of pay, not just in the circumstances. It would be illogical to have an illegal applicant, if successful in his lawsuit, be entitled to any cash accepted for that period, but in the event of his failure in this case, legal complications in the payment order.
