It provided two sets of arbitration proceedings before legal arbitration in court, one in respect of disputes over important oil-supply agreements, which came under the arbitration agreements contained in the central contract, The second set of proceedings was whether the arbitration agreements themselves were violated. In the first set of arbitration proceedings before the same arbitration, the arbitrator also dismisses the plaintiff's claim and the defendant's claim as well. In relation to the second set of proceedings, the arbitrator concluded that the plaintiff was in breach of the arbitration agreements in filing a lawsuit and the defendant owed some money to the arbitrator.
