Investigations recorded from time to time by the service authorities as well as the service tribunal need not be dismissed by the Supreme Court without any unusual circumstances. Subject to Article 1212 (3) of the Constitution, allowing any significant question of public importance law to be guaranteed by the Supreme Court Petition for leave to appeal.
