AHMED KHAN ALIAS MALANGI versus STATE
The Q-law in the testimony (of 10 of 1984 1984), Article 22 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was investigated by the forensic science laboratory for delay in the evacuation of the crime in a criminal trial identification parade. That they were not listed on the FIR. The evidence against them was that the identity parade was held almost a month after his arrest. The suspect further said that although there was a positive report from the Franz Science Laboratory about the recovered spaces and the weapons recovered from them after their arrest, there was considerable delay in testing. The Court of Appeal approved the reprint of the evidence to appeal the findings in the laboratory levy.
