GHULAM SUGHRAN versus ALIAS SUGHRA NAZ MUHAMMAD AYUB DAR
Delays in Section 5, 14 and Article 156 of the Limitation Act 1908, the Appellant filed an appeal against the order dated 23 198 1988 which was obtained by the District Judge for the invalidity of the illegal jurisdiction which the Appeal 13 6 was filed on 1989 with the application under 55, the Limitation Act. With respect to the appeal returned, neither the self-returned appeal was presented to the High Court nor was it alleged that the filing of the appeal before the District Judge was in any way wrong. The copy of the return request was also not filed. At this time, the Limitation Act, however, was not possible because of any restriction on eligibility for penalties. The provisions of Section 14 could not be called in favor of the appellant.
