ABDULLAH versus MEMBER, BOARD OF REVENUE
Homelessness (Land Settlement) Act 1958 Sections 10 and 11 Withdrawal of Property and Homelessness Act (XIV of 1975), Section 2 (2) The respondents have asked the Member, Board of Revenue, for the cancellation of applicants. On the basis of the application applied, the allotment was obtained through a member of the fraud, the Board of Revenue sought the report from the Assistant Commissioner, who sought the applicants, initiated inquiry and directed to maintain the status quo. On 2 December 1988, the order was passed, the proceedings against the applicants were not canceled after the suspension of 1974 1974. It is not legal for the jurisdiction of the Member Board of Revenue to reopen the case of open applicants, summon them and investigate their allotment, especially since the matter has already been filed before the High Court twice. And the Assistant Commissioner acted illegally to resume jurisdiction and to reopen the case against the applicants and his action was wholly without legal authority.
