Section 152 (1) (d) of the Punjab Local Government Election Rules, 2000, Article 16 and 18 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) denies the nomination of the Election Request in the Appeal for the seats of the Moderator and the Deputy.
