In section 396 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 appealed to the appellant's Supreme Court counsel that the parties pursued their disputes and there was no compromise which has no record. Was directed to provide copies of the statement. Of the witnesses, appellant's lawyer stated that the office had been provided with a compromise, but had not already adjourned the case so as to enable the office to link the paperwork to the settlement.
