MST. SOBIA ILYAS versus STATE
Article 199 (1) (b) (i) Petition was filed for writ of habeas corpus in the nature of petitioner filed by Ditto as his wife, respondents to file a dento in court Deitno was an FIR suspect while seeking guidance. It was registered under Sections 3/4 of the Explosives Act 1908 and Section 302, 324, 427, 436 and 109, PPC under section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 and under its physical remand I was instructed to submit a deployment date, but the superintendent prison sent a letter saying that because of Dante's involvement in sectarian issues, it was not possible to get him out of jail. Detino was charged with sensitive crime and a record test. Looks like there's enough content available against it. The applicant's wife, Datano, could not safely request that Danto was unlawfully detained.
