Cancellation Accuracy The State Bank had informed the Plaintiff Chairman that all the directors of the Company would consider their request after obtaining written consent, but the applicants were not notified of such application by an applicant. The Company had all correspondence and discussions through its Secretary State Bank with the Chairman, who had begun the cancellation process, the State Bank issued a notice in writing to the Company explaining its position. The applicants were seriously condemned, the State Bank has been directed to approve the new order in accordance with the law at the appointed time.
