Sections 46 and 48 of the Golden Hand Shake Scheme Complaint Appeal Respondent, who was initially employed as a guard at Appellant Bank, was promoted as a cashier when the Golden Hand Shake Scheme was introduced by Appellant Bank, Respondent. The same applies to the case of There was a cashier, it would be understood, that a petition was filed by the respondents for the Golden Hand Shake Scheme, after which it was amended to state that the scheme was to be used for cashiers. Was applied to, this will not mean that the application allegedly filed by the defendant was a valid request even though the defendant denied the alleged request, but still signed it through. Accept, however, this will not change the legality. Once it was considered that the scheme does not apply to applicants on the date of cashier
