In the trial of Sections 4 and 15 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967, the defendant claimed to have occupied the land as a tenant but was not listed in the Revenue Record as such but to file the case. After the applicants' accused were tried to take possession of them, the non-suit defendants were recorded about the applicant, thus failing to establish their tenancy in the name of the applicants of any kind. Sale unchanged and no physical possession under sale, Article 1 of the Limitation Act 20 was applicable and since such a case was ordered within time the lower appellate court maintained the situation
