The constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court cannot be reduced due to the availability of alternative action after the order was expressly illegal or closed. Being the custodian of the fundamental rights of the citizens, the High Court had a duty to take care of the orders passed by the Executive and the Judicial Forum. In the constitutional petition, the applicants had no alternative remedy other than the employees of the contract except to seek exemption from the High Court's constitutional jurisdiction whereby their services were forwarded to the Ombudsman before the appointment of the applicants. He was not illegally given a hearing. The Ombudsman violated the principles of Audi UltraPremium, not only in judicial proceedings.
