Section 497 (2) Explosive Substances Act (VII of 1908), Sections 4 and 5 bail, grant of further inquiry was in custody for the last two years and proceedings have not yet commenced so that the accused has been charged. It was reported that at the time of his arrest, five detonators with pistols and two packets of explosives were also kept with the hand grenade, of which only the hand grenade was sent to the expert and some of the property was alleged to have been recovered. The case was pressed. As further investigations were made under Section 497 (2) CR PC, it was admitted on bail.
