MUHAMMAD NAWAZ versus STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC), Section 497 of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), bail on section 302/34, 31 of 1987, the suspects were arrested on 28-4 1987 and recovered from a human blood-stained weapon. One of the accused, 1987, was found to have nothing recovered from the other accused. No further investigation is yet to be taken. Witnesses have taken oaths of the deceased near the affidavit, which has given the accused an apology. Earlier, in his various statements, the names of the accused were special, but through an affidavit, he emphasized that the accused had been attacked and they were not. The plaintiffs' entire ocular testimony was brought to the forefront of suspicion by such affidavits. Minus ocular testimony did not appear to be sufficient to justify the rest of the evidence presented by the prosecution. B
