ABDUL SATTAR KHAN DURRANI versus PROVINCE OF BALOCHISTAN THROUGH CHIEF SECRETARY

Article 199 Constitution Petition for Civil Service Regulatory Employment / Ad hoc Regulatory Service Employee Applicants were seeking to regulate their service as a state prosecutor.
