The lower appellate court passed in favor of the husband for the recovery of 12 tola gold jewelry. Had the option to hand it over to 12. If the wife has a gold jewelry tool or if she is not in a position to do so, then pay her the compensation equal to the amount from which she can buy 12 tola gold from the open market. Petition dismissed for recovery of current market value of gold jewelry
